Responsibilities

  • Create and process purchase orders based on requisitions, ensuring correct specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms. Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and obtain acknowledgements.
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers to track order status, address any inquiries or concerns, and resolve any delivery or quality issues that may arise.
  • Monitor order progress and expedite deliveries as needed to ensure timely receipt of materials and components. Follow up with suppliers on any delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier information, and other relevant procurement data in the company's systems.
