Senior SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant (#2302)

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant to join their team to help optimize their human capital management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect HCM processes using SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Implement and configure Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, and PMGM modules
• Develop and customize reports using various reporting tools within SAP SuccessFactors
• Configure and manage Recruiting, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes
• Set up and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Create and manage Data Models and Metadata Framework (MDF) objects
• Handle Organizational Data (ORD) and related configurations
• Manage system provisioning and user access
• Design and implement workflows to automate business processes
• Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Strong expertise in Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, and PMGM modules
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and capabilities
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Recruiting, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes
• Advanced skills in configuring Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Proficiency in creating and managing Data Models and MDF objects
• Experience in handling Organizational Data (ORD) and related configurations
• Strong understanding of system provisioning and user access management
• Expertise in designing and implementing workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Desired Qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications
• Experience with integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems
• Knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise solutions
• Project management experience
