As Product Owner for Customer & Partner Applications, you facilitate the transition from business needs and ideas to solutions, plans, and implementations in your area and across the entire system landscape.
The Customer & Partner Applications area includes several independent web applications providing functionality to Milestone Employees, Partners, and Customers. Examples of applications include a solution designer for determining hardware for specific installations, product version comparison tools and complex partner dashboards. All applications have a commercial focus and are delivered as web-based services.
An important part of the job is also coordinating across Product Owner areas to achieve the desired business results. You will therefore work with other Product Owners to ensure that coherent plans are created across teams, and that there is a shared sense of purpose for the complete change.

As Product Owner you are not a responsible for people management or for the daily operations of the team including any support or incident management needed.
