    • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential risks specific to digital product offerings and digital infrastructure, including cyber threats, data privacy concerns, and intellectual property risks.
    • Conduct thorough risk assessments focusing on vulnerabilities in the digital ecosystem, product lifecycle, and customer interactions to understand and mitigate exposure.
    • Use digital risk frameworks and tools to model risk scenarios that impact digital product stability, user trust, and regulatory compliance.
Data Analysis:

    • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to risks in digital product operations, including customer usage patterns, system vulnerabilities, and transactional anomalies.
    • Utilize advanced statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and big data analysis to interpret complex datasets and identify emerging digital risks.
    • Collaborate with data science teams to leverage AI-driven insights into risk prediction and prevention.
Reporting:

    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on risk findings, trends, and recommendations, tailored for senior management and technical teams.
    • Develop dashboards and KPIs to track and visualize risk data for real-time decision-making, enabling proactive responses to digital risks.
    • Communicate risk assessment results to stakeholders clearly and effectively, ensuring that non-technical teams understand the implications on product development and customer engagement.
Regulatory Compliance:

    • Stay updated on changes in digital legislation and compliance requirements impacting data handling, cybersecurity, and customer privacy.
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to assess and document the impact of evolving regulations on digital risk management practices.
Risk Mitigation Strategies:

    • Develop and implement digital risk management strategies to minimize potential financial, operational, and reputational losses.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to promote a risk-aware culture and embed risk considerations into product design.
    • Establish incident response plans tailored to digital product environments and lead periodic simulations to test the resilience of digital infrastructure against cyber incidents.
Monitoring:

    • Continuously monitor and review risk exposure across digital channels and assess the effectiveness of mitigation measures.
    • Implement real-time monitoring systems for detecting potential risk indicators, such as abnormal user behavior, data breaches, and system down times.
    • Update risk management practices based on emerging trends in digital risk, customer behavior, and industry advancements.
Collaboration:

    • Work closely with underwriting, claims, and actuarial teams to assess risks and build risk models specific to digital products.
    • Engage with engineering, product development, and cybersecurity teams to align on security controls, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, tech partners, and cybersecurity firms, to maintain compliance and enhance the organization’s risk posture.
Project Leadership:

    • Lead and participate in risk management projects and initiatives, with a focus on digital transformation, cybersecurity, and product security enhancements.
    • Mentor junior analysts, sharing knowledge on emerging digital risks, industry best practices, and analytical techniques relevant to the digital space.
    • Contribute to the professional development of team members by encouraging continuous learning in risk management for digital products, AI, and cybersecurity.


Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Risk Management or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially those of the Central Bank of the UAE.
• Highly analytical with strong decision-making skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrating emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
