SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER, CHINA FOR CHINA

PWS GROUP

The Role:

Personal Work Space is the biggest division of Logitech, consisting of the tech devices that help people be at their creative and productive best in their personal workspace. It is a key pillar of Logitech's future as a global brand known for great design and exceptional user experiences. 

As a Senior Marketing Manager in the China for China (C4C), PWS business group, you will collaborate with the C4C cross functional team to bring new products and campaigns to life, contribute and implement the C4C marketing strategies so as to maximize business opportunities and deliver on our brand vision.

Your digital and marketing experiences and deep understanding of the Chinese consumers will help to reach consumers in new and meaningful ways and is vital to Logitech's vision - to be a brand that is further loved, respected and iconic in China.

This is an exciting and fast moving role, where the right person can make a huge impact!  You’ll report to the Head of China for China, based in Hong Kong, and you will closely interact with our China market.  Key collaborations with the C4C cross functional teams and also be the conduit between China and the global marketing organizations (based in Asia, Europe and the Americas).

  • Collaborate with the C4C cross functional team to translate business plans into marketing strategies to support the business and brand results. 
  • Build holistic marketing strategies, campaigns and toolkits (including creative assets, imagery/videos, messagings, packaging)
  • Enhance marketing abilities to drive awareness and conversion in the fast-evolving digital, communication, and retail landscape. 
  • Maintain productive relationships with internal and external agencies to deliver top notch marcom materials and ensure most effective media campaigns.
  • Partner closely with the China team to execute and deliver on the strategy and with the global marketing functions to optimize our brand presence online, on packaging, and other touchpoints. 
  • Collaborate with the consumer insights team to gain a deep understanding of our users and to define target audience and using target as basis for local marketing strategy refinement
  • Ensure consistency and quality of marketing execution, in line with global brand vision and identity.
  • Analyze and evaluate marketing and media performance and provide indicated actions to improve marketing effectiveness.

Key Qualifications and Education

  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related field
  • Mandarin (native), English (fluent - both verbal and written)
  • At least 5+ years experience in consumer marketing roles with a strong innovation culture, including product marketing & campaign management
  • Proven experience of working with agencies (briefing, creative direction, feedback, budget management)
  • Digital native – deep understanding of digital and social trends and evolving strategies in mainland China 
  • Experiences working on brand collaborations or Intellectual Property partnerships and Event management in China is a plus
  • Should be a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to develop strong relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Proactive, efficient self-starter with ability to work independently. Strong ability to set priorities, solve problems and maintain grace under pressure.
