Job Description
Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.
The Test Wafer Group position is aligned with DMTM business strategy to fully authorized of overall test wafer management in supporting factory process as well as technology development. In this position, you will:
- Build business terminology on establishing a global-width semi-con factory test wafer system from planning, execution and sustaining.
- Initiates and owns factory-wide test wafer strategy planning through capacity forecast, inventory management, operation maintenance from e.g. safety, quality, cost, productivity.
- Closely engaged in semi-con process flow to provide high-quality test wafer solution for process monitor and technology development.
- Owns process development for all test wafers' re-generation and reclaim to achieve cost/quality operation excellence
- Owns global silicon supplier management, qualification and other business acumen
This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed updates and steps related to this transaction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate should have a Master degree in science or engineering
- Experience in data analysis and strong logical thinking skill
- Strong communication, teamwork, influence and multitask skill
- Experience in silicon process or Semiconductor process is highly preferred
- Fluent in English or Korean is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
