Job Description

This one-year rotational Management Trainee program in Global Operations at Logitech offers opportunities across Customer Supply Chain, Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, and Value Engineering. Trainees will engage in projects like predictive analytics for demand/supply planning, inventory optimization, spend analysis, cost reduction initiatives, AI solution exploration, and RFP development. The program culminates in a permanent role within the Global Operations team after completing at least two rotations. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication, analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau. A go-getter attitude, negotiation skills, data analytical skills, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking are essential.

Program Profile: 

This One-year rotational program offers candidates the chance to immerse themselves in various areas of the operations in order to build the skills and find their passion. After completion of minimum two rotations or before completion of one year, candidates will be assigned to permanent roles within the Global Operations Team. During the rotation candidates will be engaged in projects as well as regular assignments in one one of the following functions - Customer Supply Chain, Logistics, Sourcing, Planning and Value Engineering.

  • Predictive Analytics in Demand and Supply Planning to improve accuracy and inventory to impact Sales.

  • Inventory optimization Projects at Warehouse and Retailers.

  • Build spend cube and conduct spend analysis for a category

  • Partner with sourcing and value engineering team to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities for specific products

  • Explore and assess AI solutions to improve productivity in Global Operations

  • Develop RFP package for sourcing a new product working with engineering team and sourcing team

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team

  • Fresh Management and Engineering Graduates from an operations discipline- Industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Quality - Engineering Backgrounds preferred. 

  • Good communication, analytical skills and proficient in Excel, Powerpoint

  • Required English proficiency

  • Should have proficiency in  SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau.

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 88,000 - $ 124,300 depending on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
