Responsibilities:
- Researching, identifying, securing customer advocates for storytelling, media and sponsorship opportunities
- Collaborating with the GTM organization to gain access to the right people at customer organizations
- Developing vibrant connections across the executives, sales, marketing and CX organizations to uncover advocates and build win/win activities, content and activation strategies
- Creating, growing and managing top tier customer reference relationships in a way that optimizes positive impact for both the customer and Glean
- Help define program metrics/goals/benchmarks and track/report progress against them
Requirements and what you bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field
- 8+ years of work experience in marketing, sales, or customer facing roles
- 3+ years working directly in a customer reference or advocacy capacity
- Team player with a strategic mindset and an ability to get things done
- Demonstrated success in driving results-oriented projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
