About the Role 
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented *Project Coordinator to assist with the planning, execution, and delivery of Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) projects, primarily across South Korea and the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet creative expectations. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience, build a network with global brands, and work on dynamic, impactful projects in the entertainment, real estate, or hospitality industries.

Job Description

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in developing and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
  • Marketing and Creative Approvals Support: Coordinate the review and approval of marketing materials and creative assets to ensure brand standards are met across all LBE projects.
  • Support for Creative Development: Collaborate with design and marketing teams to support the timely delivery of experiential design and product elements that meet creative and project requirements.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between licensees, vendors, and design partners, facilitating effective communication and ensuring smooth project progress.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized project documentation, track milestones, and provide regular updates on project status to key stakeholders. Ensure all project-related information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Quality Control Assistance: Participate in design reviews and quality checks, supporting adherence to established brand guidelines, project specifications, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in a related field (e.g., interior design, architecture, construction management etc)
  • Experience in location-based entertainment, project or event coordination is a plus
  • Fluency in both Korean and English is required
  • Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying work schedules
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software, CAD, or building modeling software is a plus.
