Paytm is looking for a Key Accounts Manager (Loyalty & Branding) to manage CRM programs, brand growth and retention, and key accounts for the zone. The role will involve working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team to ensure revenue growth for the brand. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in key account management, prior experience in managing CRM programs, branding and brand management, strong problem-solving and quantitative skills, and expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. The candidate should also have experience of working on Advanced analytics and be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Must have:

About the team:

Mobiquest (Paytm M’Loyal) is a self-serve mobile loyalty, data analytics & precision marketing platform that beautifully combines the use of mobile technology, coupled with web based CRM and visual analytics to produce amazing business results for retail brands. The scope of responsibilities of this role includes:

•Work on CRM programs and manage the brand’s growth and retention. Manage key accounts for the zone and ensure that the brand’s revenue grows. 
•Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
Act as an CRM Consultant for providing solutions to Clients- business needs
•Increase store walk-ins by suggesting smart cohorts to brands 
•Have monthly meetings with CXO, Marketing heads for program performance of the brand and their CRM program 
•Have min 2 F2F/Virtual meeting with the client at his office to review the growth of the program 
•To produce periodic as well as one-off analyses to aid the decision makers
Supporting the analytics needs of business by analyzing data from multiple sources including CRM data & the external data from the clients.
•Skilled in Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written)
Identifying (existing and new) customer segments where there is a potential for activities to increase customer engagement, sales or profitability



•Min 5-8   years of experience in key account management
•Prior experience in managing CRM programs, branding and brand management 
•Aptitude for problem solving and quantitative skill
•Good written and interpersonal skills
•Expertise in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint is a must
•Experience of working on Advanced analytics  
•Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Self motivated, Inquisitive and curious, Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and
•strong ability to follow-through on commitments
