Job Details
We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for all IT operations. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing comprehensive IT support, focusing on software and hardware assistance to end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware and software
- Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems
- Managing IT requirements in the onboarding and offboarding process
- Managing IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
- Supporting the purchasing team for all IT-related matters
- Following new technologies and integrating them into our company
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in related fields
- Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
- Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems
- Passion and interest in games
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
