The Growth and Strategy develops growth strategies to lead business expansion and ensure long-term success. You will identify growth opportunities, and work with teams to implement strategic programs. We're looking for an experienced Senior Analyst reporting to Associate Director. you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with senior management to define growth objectives and develop strategies to achieve them, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Staying updated on industry trends, customer needs, and analyze market data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and make informed strategic decisions.
- Creating comprehensive business plans, including financial forecasts and operational goals.
- Identifying opportunities for service innovation to meet evolving customer demands and gain a competitive edge. Work with product development teams to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Identify potential strategic partnerships, collaborations, or acquisitions to accelerate growth
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Masters in Business Administration
- 5-7 Years Experience in strategic planning, Operational Executions, Growth Operations, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in SQL or Snowflake or Similar Tools
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Hands on with Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with financial analysis and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior management.
