Our Vilnius office is looking for a talented and experienced Senior 3D Artist with a strong interest in casual mobile games. If you are a professional eager to grow and develop within a team of experts, we want to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for characters, environments, and props; 
  • Ensure that all 3D assets meet technical and artistic requirements for real-time rendering; 
  • Optimize and refine 3D assets for performance and memory efficiency without compromising visual quality; 
  • Assemble scenes and assets in a game engine; 
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior 3D artists; 
  • Collaborate with the art and game design teams; 
  • Provide constructive feedback to peers. 
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
  • Excellent 3D skills; 
  • Excellent understanding of pipeline processes; 
  • Excellent understanding of Low Poly modeling and Sculpting; 
  • Understanding of Light, Rendering, Shaders; 
  • Experience in Character and Environment asset production; 
  • Experience working with game engines;
  • Time management skills and ability to independently complete assigned tasks on time;
  • Ability to work in a team; 
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher. 
Extra Great to Have: 
  • Animation skills; 
  • Experience in rigging and texturing.
