Job Description

We invite a talented, results-oriented Scrum Master with a passion for Agile methodologies to join our team. You will be working with a world-renowned customer and facilitating people’s lives. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and skillful Scrum Master to participate in a rapidly growing project development. You will be responsible for acting as a servant leader including facilitation, mentoring, situational awareness, and conflict resolution. You will support and facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, retrospectives, reviews, etc., to support the successful delivery of product backlog work items. You will also be responsible for removing sprint roadblocks and facilitating solution development with the team. You will promote a culture of continuous process improvement through sprint retrospectives. This project involves creating a solution to efficiently process, optimize, collect, and transmit large volumes of data. Must have:

3+ years of Scrum Master and customer-facing experience
Proven Agile project management experience
Experience managing complex technical software implementation projects
Strong business acumen and relationship skills
Experience in people management practices
Experience in requirements management
Strong communication skills
Upper-Intermediate level of English
Scrum Master certification

Good to have:

Ability to quickly learn a complex setup
Problem-solving skills
Team player

Job Description

Act as a servant leader including facilitation, mentoring, situational awareness, and conflict resolution
Support and facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, retrospectives, reviews, etc., to support the successful delivery of product backlog work items
Remove sprint roadblocks and facilitate solution development with the team
Promote a culture of continuous process improvement through sprint retrospectives
Perform other functions as assigned

Qualifications

At least 3 years of Scrum Master and customer-facing experience
Proven Agile project management experience
Experience managing complex technical software implementation projects
Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
Experience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation, and team building
Experience in requirements management
Strong communication skills
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Scrum Master certification
