Job Description

The Sales Admin Analyst is a key role supporting the Associate Manager, responsible for daily commercial execution and inventory status reports. Responsibilities include strategic demand planning, inventory assignment to meet sales objectives, budget tracking, brand performance analysis, and purchase order processing. Collaboration with the Sales Strategy area is crucial for planning and executing brand-level strategies. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a commercial area, preferably in retail, and strong skills in demand forecasting, objective tracking, and Excel.

What Your Impact Will Be

The position is key to the proper functioning of the area, being the right hand for the Assoc. Manager.

  • Daily reports of commercial execution and/or inventory status.
  • Strategic demand planning for the country and by customers.
  • Assignment of inventories to meet commercial objectives.
  • Control and follow-up of avail.
  • Other.

Additionally, he/she will be working together with the Sales Strategy area, focused on the planning of the strategy at brand level. The candidate will be responsible for pushing the execution of the strategy.

  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial area, nice to have experience in retail
  • Knowledge in projection and follow-up of demands.
  • Follow-up of commercial objectives.
  • Discretionary budget tracking.
  • Brand performance analysis.
