Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg seeks an HR Operations Specialist to manage employee sick leave. Responsibilities include processing and tracking sick notifications, liaising with employees, ensuring proper documentation (e.g., Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung), monitoring absences (including child sick leave), accurate data entry in HR systems (Kronos), collaborating with payroll, and generating monthly reports. The ideal candidate possesses strong administrative and data processing skills, exceptional time management, meticulous attention to detail, and fluency in English and German. This role requires familiarity with repetitive tasks and proficiency in data management and MS Office Suite.

What You’ll Do
  • Process and track employee sickness notifications. Liaise with employees regarding their sick leave, necessary documentation (e.g., Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung – AU
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees with sickness-related inquiries and provide guidance on their rights and responsibilities.
  • Monitor sickness absences, including child sick leave (Kindkrank), and ensure appropriate documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sickness-related data in the company’s HR systems (Kronos).
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct processing of sickness-related pay.
  • Provide monthly sickness-related reports to ensure accurate processing of sick leave.
