Engineer- IT Systems

The Opportunity

We have an outstanding career opportunity for an Engineer- IT Systems at Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Hyper-V Cluster Management, Dell OEM Management, VMware environments, and Office 365 Administration. A solid foundation in Active Directory, DNS, and Windows Server (clustering) is essential. Linux Administration skills will be considered a valuable addition.

What You’ll Do…

  • Manage and maintain Hyper-V clusters to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee Dell OEM hardware and software management for system integrity and uptime.
  • Administer VMware environments to support virtualization needs.
  • Perform Office 365 administration, including user management, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, and Windows Server (clustering) configurations and deployments.
  • Provide support for Linux systems as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to plan and implement new technologies and updates.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

Who You Are…

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Hands-on experience with Hyper-V Cluster Management.
  • Experience in Dell OEM Management.
  • Experience with VMware environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 Administration.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and Windows Server (clustering).
  • Experience with Linux Administration.
  • Any Microsoft Certification is a plus.
  • Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
