If you're a skilled Lead QA ready to join our growing team, let’s connect! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of Star Merge, our mobile free-to-play project, by leading testing processes, identifying issues, and ensuring an optimal user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive QA strategies for our casual mobile games.
  • Create and oversee execution of QA processes.
  • Lead a team of QA testers in identifying, documenting, and resolving game issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate QA processes throughout the game development lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards to ensure game stability and performance.
  • Regularly review and analyze game performance data to identify potential quality issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating feedback from players and team members into QA practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in QA testing, specifically in mobile gaming.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a QA team.
  • A proven track record of successful QA project management.
  • Strong understanding of testing tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of mobile game development processes and lifecycle.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication abilities, with a knack for working well in team environments.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with performance and load testing.
  • A background in software development or game programming.
  • Understanding of analytics tools and data-driven QA approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
