Steer Studios is seeking an Executive Producer with experience in producing end-to-end AAA console games to join our team. As the Executive Producer, you will be responsible for developing games and live-ops content on one or multiple projects across platforms. You will manage game development from concept to release, delivering high-quality and engaging content, while supporting the creative vision and brand consistency.

You will lead a cross-disciplinary team, collaborate with production partners at an international level, and ensure the release of the game meets quality, budget, and timeline objectives. You will also ensure that project milestones are delivered as planned and liaise with project stakeholders and the VP of Production to mitigate risks and ensure perfect alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire production process from concept to release working closely with external partners (IP and Development)
• Develop project structure and organization of key expertise across teams to support the ambition.
• Deliver comprehensive project plan, milestones and key deliverables aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Propose workforce planning including internal and external resources which best optimize budget and schedule.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise during game development.
• Develop, manage, and track project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Maintain accountability for the project's financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
• Ensure Project reporting and transparency based on accurate data from the project (production progress, budget, risks, etc.).
• Act as the main point of contact between the development team and upper management, including stakeholders and the VP of Production.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the team and with external partners.
• Coordinate with international production partners to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Oversee games quality and develop necessary measures & engineering strategies to always have a shippable product. Analyze players feedback, QA reports, games metrics to improve the game in development.
• Propose innovative solutions including AI / GEN AI, to develop high quality content and optimize production processes.
• Stay up to date with Industry best practices, market trends and implement relevant strategies for the projects in development.
• Oversee the game's live operations, including content updates, player support, and community engagement.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

• Proven experience as an Executive Producer overseeing AAA games from concept through to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ideally, 8+ years of integral involvement within a studio development team, with a track record of successfully managing complex game development involving external partners.
• Adept at managing and mentoring a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Strong grasp of the interdependencies between teams in game development, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Expert in scheduling and project management tools like Excel, MS Project, and JIRA, with a focus on optimizing workflows and processes.
• In-depth and practical knowledge of the game development lifecycle, from pre-production to post-launch support (Action-Adventure games and/or FPS).
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they escalate, maintaining project momentum and quality.
• Committed to informing about every aspect of the game's progress, budget, team motivation, and performance.
• Experienced with bug tracking and related software, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, earning trust and respect from stakeholders.
• Excellent people skills, empathy in addressing others' issues, and creating a positive and supportive work culture.
