As a production manager at GOALS, you have a key role when it comes to aligning the teams and making sure we deliver on time and at quality. The role requires communication across disciplines and facilitates discussions where the participants have different specialties. The production manager brings order to the projects and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. To achieve this, the production manager may need to participate in design and/or technical discussions and understand what is being said. It is a role where you have to be comfortable with asking questions about progress in a constructive way.
This is a temporary employment opportunity running until February 2026.
The position is temporary, covering parental leave from June 2025 to February 2026. You can work from our Stockholm office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in Europe.
