Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the AggLayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the AggLayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer. Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Polygon PoS, Polygon zkEVM, and Polygon Miden, which is in development as well as Polygon CDK.

About Miden

Miden is the next-generation blockchain protocol engineered to leverage the full potential of ZK technology, pushing both execution and state to the edge (i.e., the client side). This resolves fundamental issues in blockchain scalability, privacy, and safety, ensuring a new level of performance and user experience. Currently, we are approaching the mainnet, and we are gathering builders’ feedback to build a useful platform for their needs.

Your Role

As the Product Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing, executing and measuring the marketing strategy and the go-to-market plan. You will closely work with the product team and the developers to communicate Miden’s unique features. At the same time, you'll be the team’s eyes and ears to analyse and understand what builder’s need to build useful applications on Polygon Miden. Together with a designer, you'll create a consistent Miden design and narrative to convince investors, builders, and users.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and measuring of the Polygon Miden product marketing strategy and initiatives.

• Miden event strategy and execution, getting us and our users into the right events, panels and talks.

• Market and competitive analysis, client case studies, product positioning, key product benefits, and messaging

• Coordinating with developers, designers, and product teams to make sure we have everything needed to present our products in the best way possible to our users and community. This will include the initial product launch, iterative feature upgrades, or the general product brand.

• Work with the branding team for each new feature to figure out descriptive messaging for all the products on the website and in accompanying off-website material

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing and Strategy Development

• An understanding of the fundamentals of blockchain and zkRollups

• A successful track-record of creating and executing go-to-market strategies

• Experience in market and competitive analysis as well as data-driven decision making

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Web3, zk focused environment
