Job Description
As Community Growth Coordinator at Immutable, you'll be instrumental in establishing the company's narrative as the leading web3 gaming platform. This involves building and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators. You'll develop and execute programs to activate creators, aligning with business objectives, and meticulously track campaign performance for ROI maximization. Proficiency in data analysis (Google Sheets) and budget management is crucial. The role demands end-to-end program management, from conception to execution and results analysis. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure influencer strategies are integrated effectively.

Join Immutable as our Community Growth Coordinator and play a pivotal role in establishing our narrative as the leading web3 gaming platform. The web3 market thrives on compelling stories and influential voices. This role is perfect for someone looking to advance their career in web 3 while making a significant impact on our business.
In the fast-paced world of web3 and gaming, standing out amid constant noise is crucial. We aim to be the undisputed leader in web3 gaming by mastering the art of content distribution that captures attention. Building and nurturing strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and key influencers is essential to achieving this objective. At Immutable, your expertise will help us win the battle for attention and shape the future of web3 gaming.
Youโll Be Empowered To ๐ฎ
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key KOLs, influencer agencies, and content creators
- Create and implement programs that activate these creators to meet business objectives
- Monitor and optimise the efficiency of creator campaigns to maximize ROI
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of influencer strategies
- Proficient in quantitatively analysing program success and optimizing strategies based on data insights
We'd Love You To Bring ๐ค
- Experience building relationship-based programs before e.g. creator programs or community
- Demonstrate ability or experience to deliver programs end-to-end
- Moderate to high level of proficiency in data manipulation, particularly using Google Sheets
- Comfortable managing budgets and analysing campaign performance with an analytical mindset
- Proven ability to manage programs from conception to execution and results.
