About the Team The Global Payment team provides payment solutions to ensure that users have a smooth and secure payment experience across our platforms and services. Job Responsibilities - Deliver the best experience online payment products for global individual users and business partners. - Understand user customs, competition landscape and regulation, market insights, consumer pain points and differentiated competition, and improve product user experience and enrich product features as well as value proposition. - Responsible for the payment product's design and iteration, from conception, design, development, testing, release and operation, for user scenarios including checkout, withdrawal, refund, etc., which adapt to various global business lines, optimizing user payment experience and improving business key indicators (e.g. Payment Conversion Rate & Success Rate). Product design covers user interaction, backend system design, risk control and AML integration, data analysis, etc. - Identify optimization requirements between business and product baseline. Improve product architecture and design to ensure high stability, performance and reliability. - Operate products by targeting regulatory issues, user feedback, and data analysis to continuously improve user experience, increase customer acquisition and retention. Identify insights and trends in product features to strengthen product competitiveness. - Work with multiple cross-functional teams to effectively manage stakeholders and products across multiple markets. Continuously optimize the product request acceptance process and improve delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in a product manager/owner role with payments-related products in fintech. - Hands-on experience of consumer-facing product lifecycle management, including competitive analysis and user research, requirement analysis, product requirement specification, data analysis and operation. - Strong business sense and user experience design skills. Strong attention to detail and user experience. Passionate about developing products and experiences with deep customer empathy. - Strong logical thinking and structural thinking, excellent ability of abstraction and induction. - Comfortable with ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced environment; self-driven, positive attitude, and team player. - Good English communication and global stakeholder collaboration and management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Payment domain knowledge of the payment/wallet/card/settlement/digital banking related products, cross-border payment or user product experience is preferred. - Familiar with E-commerce/Livestreaming/Game/Music or other payment scenarios, strong business sensitivity and abstraction ability. - Technical background is preferred. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $414000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.
