This Procurement Business Partner role in Singapore requires a strong understanding of category management and operational processes in General Service & Professional Services, including travel, HR services, and translation. The successful candidate will act as a business partner, providing commercial savings and ensuring successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include strategic sourcing, developing procurement plans, managing the end-to-end procurement process, building supplier relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience in the gaming industry and indirect sourcing is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Description
  • 1. Act as Procurement Business partner for Singapore region, work with various stakeholders and provide commercial saving for successful delivery of procurement projects and global initiatives, to define and meet or exceed business requirements and manage annual financial and non-financial issues.
  • 2. Responsible for strategic sourcing in different categories, with a main focus in General Service & Professional Service.
  • 3. Define short and long term procurement strategic plan to support BU growth ambition; Manager
  • 4. Develop and execute the category strategy for the addressed spending, lead the sourcing and supplier onboarding for North America Region in collaboration with global category owners.
  • 5. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including demand management, bidding, negotiation, local sourcing strategy development etc.
  • 6. Develop and maintain professional and productive business partnership with suppliers. Develop local market suppliers and manage supplier relationships, enrich the current supplier pool.
  • 7. Work with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.

Profile

  • 1.Strong working knowledge and experience within the areas of category management and operational process in General Service & Professional area, including Travel, HR service, translation etc.
  • 2.Preferable knowledge of working in Gaming industry and covering indirect sourcing areas.
  • 3.Strong character with outstanding interpersonal skills, able to collaborate seamlessly within a cross-functional team.
  • 4.Prepared and able to work within a high paced and diverse, global business environment.
  • 5.Skilled at interacting and aligning with people at all levels across the company as well as external suppliers, and dealing with cultural differences.
