In this exciting role of Payments Product Specialist, you will be contributing to our payment vendor roadmap and strategy on a group level ensuring the best payment method mix for different geographies and various brands. This includes resolving technical cases and supporting internal product and tech teams throughout various stages of payments product integrations.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

    Analysing data and performance of payment products, creating reports and taking actions to maximise payment acceptance rates.

   Acting as a mediator between developers and PSPs during the implementation and launch of new payment methods/PSPs.

   Optimising payment method performance through payment gateway configuration, payment routing and risk configurations.

   Performing testing and quality assurance of payment methods.

   Managing the escalation of payment issues with providers, tech support and other departments.

   Gathering feedback from CS/Payment/Risk Teams for system improvements and assisting the Product Team with prioritisation.

   Maintaining provider relationships and following up on performance metrics and transaction troubleshooting.

   Maintaining documentation of payment methods, including customer flow limits.

 Analytical and logical skills for analysing Acceptance Rate inconsistencies and investigating issues.

 In-depth knowledge of the payments ecosystem.

 Strong troubleshooting skills.

 High attention to detail.

 Knowledge of APIs, including experience with requests and responses and checking logs of different integrations.

 

 

Good to have:

 Experience with payment aggregators

 Experience with working on projects

 Knowledge about Excel and data management tools such as Power BI and Tableau

 Understanding of software development methodologies
