Job Description
LeoVegas is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor fluent in Danish to provide exceptional service to customers via email and live chat. Responsibilities include clear communication, effective problem-solving, addressing complaints with empathy, and adhering to company policies. Collaboration with other teams (Payments, Fraud, Safer Gambling, CRM) is also part of the role. The position involves various shift patterns, including day and night shifts, operating 365 days a year. Previous experience in the gambling industry is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, passionate, customer-focused, and a self-motivated team player.
Must have:

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Clear and concise communication to our customers via live chat, email and phone.
- Listening to customer inquiries and resolving problems effectively whilst adhering to policies and procedures.
- Addressing customer complaints professionally, with empathy and patience, with a focus on turning negative experiences into positive ones.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- An ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team and our culture
- Fluent in Danish
- Enthusiasm and be a self-motivated team player
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Previous experience in the gambling industry is desirable but not essential, as we prioritise providing a superior customer experience
