Job Details
As an Operations Coordinator you will work cross-functionally to provide an exceptional experience for our customers. You'll also plan, coordinate and track all vehicle preparation and delivery operations, effectively communicate status updates and improve operational efficiency. You offer excellent customer service and at the same time can arouse enthusiasm in the owners. This role directly supports Tesla's mission by creating a scalable delivery experience for our customers.

You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle movements, monitoring delivery schedules, coordinating vehicle repairs and refurbishments, and ensuring that seats are carefully organized and maintained
The management of the rental car fleet as well as used car acceptance, inspection, preparation, shipping and delivery are part of your area of responsibility in addition to the new car business
You will identify the team's needs for processes, tools and appropriate support (training, communication, etc.)
You will work with all employees at your location to provide our customers with an exceptional experience on the day of delivery
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be the link to other teams (sales, logistics, service) and work with them cross-functionally
An important part of your job will be supporting escalations to manage customer satisfaction
You have the ability to build and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships
You are technologically versed and able to work with internal business systems, MS Office and MS Excel
You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where it is important to multitask and set appropriate priorities
You excel in your ability to organize tasks and processes, as well as track results and performance
You are willing to support flexible working hours, even on weekends and holidays
You are in possession of a valid driver's license and show safe driving behavior
Good knowledge of English and very good knowledge of the local language, both oral and written, are an important prerequisite
