We're looking for an experienced HR specialist who will be responsible for one of our product's HR initiatives. You will be in charge of creating a welcoming and supportive environment in our team in accordance with our values, as well as participating in the full cycle of HR processes.
Supporting the HR aspects of the product: adaptation, training, retention, offboarding;
Managing business engagement in HR processes;
Building and maintaining partnerships with businesses, implementing product HR initiatives;
Organizing and improving the employee evaluation process, including 360 evaluation;
Improving onboarding processes, forming individual adaptation plans;
Preparing HR analytics for the product, including monitoring and analysis of exit interviews, support of the salary review process;
Organizing effective communication within product teams, analysis of employee engagement;
Improving the process of retaining key employees, dealing with difficult layoffs;
Taking part in projects that automate HR processes.
3+ years of experience working as an HRBP, HRD, or HR Generalist in IT, game development, or product companies;
Experience in initiating and leading HR projects;
Skills in decomposing business goals into product and team tasks, as well as the ability to track their implementation;
Experience in supporting employee adaptation, evaluation, training, and internal communication processes;
Fluency in Russian and intermediate level of English or higher ;
Skills in conducting HR diagnostics and corporate surveys;
Knowledge of HR metrics and understanding of the suitability of their application;
Structural and systematic approach to work;
Ability to express initiative, be organized and work in a team; ability to demonstrate high performance skills and amiability;
Ability to communicate and defend your point of view.
