Minimum Qualifications - Current or recent PhD graduate with a background in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or related technical discipline - Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment - Proficiency in one or several mainstream programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Python, Go - Passion in high-speed IP networking, hardware-software interaction, and hardware offloading technologies Preferred Qualifications - Familiar with RDMA/RoCE network protocol is a plus - Experience in developing software systems for large-scale data center networks or distributed systems is a plus ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
