Team Introduction ByteDance Security SRE team is responsible for the company's core security infrastructure building, operation and maintenance support, automation platform research and development, technology evolution and other work, committed to creating a highly scalable, highly available security distributed infrastructure system, providing information security for Douyin/TikTok, Jinri Toutiao, Feishu/Lark, Xigua Video and other products and their users. Responsible for the reliable and efficient operation of large-scale security infrastructure (including but not limited to: Anti-DDOS, WAF, HIDS, KMS, ZTI, etc.), ensuring related product SLAs. 2. Responsible for the design and development of the safety core system SRE automation platform; cooperate with the R & D team to ensure system reliability throughout the entire lifecycle from system design to launch. 3. Promote the improvement of service reliability, scalability, and performance optimization; participate in the design and implementation of an automated platform that can ensure rapid iteration of large-scale online clusters. 4. Participate in OnCall duty, respond promptly and work with the R & D team to solve various emergencies, ensuring the stability of the core system.

Minimum Qualifications: - Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline - Have solid programming skills , proficient in at least one commonly used programming language such as Go/Java/Python, produce concise, high-quality and easy-to-understand and maintain code. - In-depth understanding of Linux operating systems, with solid knowledge of network , storage, and computer architecture; in-depth understanding of network protocols and related services (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, NAT, etc.) . - Deep understanding of Cloud Native architecture and Container Technology principles, familiar with Kubernetes architecture design and the functional characteristics of common components. - Have strong learning ability and logical thinking ability, pay attention to cutting-edge technology, and be able to continue learning. Have strong team communication and collaboration skills, and have a strong sense of ownership. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in designing and developing security products related to information security products (Anti-DDoS/WAF/HIDS/KMS/ZTI, etc.). - Experience in developing automation tools or platforms related to SRE.
