As a Live Producer for Tom Clancy's The Division 2 at Ubisoft Bucharest, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the game's live strategy. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to boost engagement, monetization, and audience growth. You will own mid-term event planning, oversee KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (game design, art, community development, etc.) to deliver compelling in-game content. You'll track and resolve live issues impacting player experience, contribute to season planning, optimize processes, and ensure efficient resource utilization. The role requires strong analytical, management, and communication skills.

Job Description

Your life at Ubi

As Live Producer at Ubisoft Bucharest, you will have a critical role in shaping, developing and driving the implementation of Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 live strategy. You will focus on enhancing the player experience while maximizing engagement, audience growth, and revenue opportunities. You will be reporting directly to the Lead Producer and you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Tom Clancy’s The Division franchise leadership team, and some of the best teams in the industry. 

 

Main mission:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive live engagement, monetization, and audience growth, aiming to maximize active audience, player retention, and revenue. 

  • Own mid-term events planning and oversee performance KPIs to ensure alignment with the strategic priorities of the game and the franchise. 

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including game design, art, community development, live revenue strategy, CRM, game economy specialists, creative, production, and publishing teams, to deliver compelling and thematic in-game content. 

  • Track, prioritize and assure timely resolution of live issues affecting player experience covering the full span of the consumer journey, by coordinating with various transversal teams 

  • Collaborate on season planning, scoping, and time estimation for a variety of features—short-term and long-term—by engaging with diverse stakeholders. 

  • Optimize processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring resources are utilized effectively and deliverables meet high-quality standards. 

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience 

  • Extensive experience in live operations, live service, or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage live projects successfully. 

  • Strong management and strategic capabilities to build, refine, and improve infrastructure and processes, fostering collaboration across departments. 

  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions. 

  • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, with a strong ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • A team player who can effectively advocate for live operations priorities across different teams and departments. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
