ABOUT THE TEAM
- Our New game division’s mission is to create new hit hybrid casual music games that make interacting with music fun and a part of everyone's daily life.
- This division is responsible for coming up with ideas, developing new games through in-house game development or collaboration with partners, then publishing and continuously improving the marketability and product performance of the games until they meet the company benchmarks for transferring to operation phases.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Game Development:
- Design and implement complex game mechanics, features, and systems for hybrid casual games.
- Optimize game performance to ensure smooth experiences on a variety of devices.
- Write scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code while adhering to best practices.
- Technical Leadership:
- Collaborate with the Lead Game Developer to define technical standards and workflows.
- Mentor Junior Developers, providing guidance and reviewing their code.
- Problem Solving & Innovation:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify innovative solutions to enhance gameplay.
- Explore and implement new technologies and tools to improve the development process.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, artists, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
- Participate in planning sessions to estimate development time and resource needs.
