We make online web and mobile-based games, and we are good at it!

Currently, we’re both operating and developing two games: Hotel Hideaway and Habbo. Hotel Hideaway is a social online role-playing game for young adults, and Habbo is one of the world's oldest and most popular social hangouts for teens, with hundreds of millions of players. Habbo consists of several products: Habbo, Habbo Collectibles, and its newest addition, Habbo Origins.Sulake is part of Azerion, a Dutch-based international gaming company in media and entertainment. Together, we form a diverse group of media and technology brands.

We are seeking a Junior LiveOps Specialist to join our team in Finland. As a Junior LiveOps Specialist, you will work closely with our LiveOps team to help support and execute live operations for our games. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in the gaming industry and an understanding of LiveOps in games. You'll be a key player in driving in-game engagement and retention initiatives and using data to improve our players' experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Support the LiveOps team in creating and implementing in-game features, events, and campaigns.
• Assist in setting up and executing LiveOps strategies that engage and retain players.
• Monitor game data to understand player behavior and assess the impact of LiveOps initiatives.
• Provide input for player retention and engagement strategies to improve players’ lifetime value.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Basic understanding of LiveOps and how it impacts player engagement and monetization.
• Analytical skills with an ability to understand data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
• Strong interest in the gaming industry with a basic understanding of monetization models and market trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with different departments and supporting various projects.
• Passion for gaming and an eagerness to grow within the gaming industry.
