Job Description

ByteDance is looking for a Category Governance Program Manager to develop a product roadmap for a messaging automation platform with built-in data-driver strategies. This role will provide fluent operation processes and content creation guidelines for the platform, schedule regular check-ins with stakeholders, and lead product development from initial requirements management to post-live analysis. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in analyzing sales operations data, planning projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, managing stakeholder relationships, and working within project or program team settings.

Must have:

Analyzing sales operations data using data analytics tools SQL to improve sales operational processes, sales tools, and programs
Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention
Working within project or program team settings to diagnose problems, supporting decision making, influencing project or program direction and stakeholder decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving change

We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Develop a product roadmap for one messaging automation platform with built-in data-driver strategies. Provide fluent operation processes and content creation guidelines for the platform. Schedule regular check-ins with stakeholders on project requirements, product status, feedback and performance to ensure an aligned objectives and key results on a quarterly basis. Lead product development from conducting initial project requirements management to post-live analysis, and drive the best product efficiency and experience. Monitor quantitative product performance and collect qualitative feedback regularly after product launch to successfully drive success metrics improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management or related field and 3 years of related work experience; or a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Must have 3 years of experience in the following skills: Analyzing sales operations data using data analytics tools SQL to improve sales operational processes, sales tools, and programs; Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies; Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention; and Working within project or program team settings to diagnose problems, supporting decision making, influencing project or program direction and stakeholder decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving change. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $146994 - $206172 annually.​
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
