Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing key accounts within the Loyalty Program
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase program adoption and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell program features
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Analyze client data and program performance to inform account strategies
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and program growth objectives
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing key accounts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with loyalty programs or in a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation
