Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a HR Program Management Internal Consultant (m/f/d). What if it was you?

Your mission : We are seeking an HR Program Management Consultant to join our internal HR Department, working closely with the HR Program Management Lead. In this role you will oversee the end-to-end HR program management, supporting the HR Programs Lead in the management of the overall HR initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in the monitoring of the initiatives, its budget, timeline and expected outcomes.

Be a part of our team where you will:

• Structure, manage and facilitate HR initiatives in line with our firm HR Strategy;
• Oversee the full lifecycle of HR initiatives, from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality and within time;
• Interact with the key roles in the HR Department and with the business stakeholders;
• Be a change agent, think end to end, challenge, hypothesize and test solutions, ensuring effective implementation from the start;
• Support in the orchestration of the different stakeholders and contributors, connect the dots and enable your colleagues to identify strategic interdependencies with other ongoing initiatives.

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a similar position and hold a University degree or similar;
• Motivation, solution-oriented mindset and capability to adapt yourself in any situations;
• Ability to liaise and operate effectively with people at all levels;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Strong knowledge of HR Topics, having relevant experience in HR initiatives, HR management consulting or HR internal department;
• Fluency in English;
• A good knowledge of MS Office.
