Job Description

The HR Administration Intern will participate in various HR administrative tasks, including data entry into company databases and HR software, assisting with employment contract preparation, scanning and storing documents, organizing files, and developing and executing projects. The intern will also perform other daily tasks assigned by the supervisor. This is a full-time, temporary internship for a 3-month period. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and intermediate English (B2 level).

Must have:

Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
Good computer skills & MS Office
Diligence and organizational skills
High sense of responsibility
Excellent communication skills

Job Description

Participating in various parts of HR administration: Entering employment data into the company database and HR soft, assisting in preparing employment contracts, scanning and electronically storing hard copies of personal documents in the Company system.
Organizing personal files.
Developing, designing, and executing projects with the HR Administration Team.
Performing other daily tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Upper-Intermediate (B2) Level of English
Good computer skills, knowledge of MS Office
Diligence and organizational skills
High sense of responsibility
Proven interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-orientation and attentiveness
Adaptability, flexibility
