Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Provide an impeccable pre-arrival, during and after-stay service to any Kingdom Club occupants
- Offer an excellent F&B service to all Kingdom Club occupants
- Assist the Kingdom Club occupants on general enquiries of Park and ticketing issues
- Handle all transactions regarding forms of payment (cash, credit cards, foreign currency, vouchers, etc.)
- Handle dining reservation for any Kingdom Club occupants
- Assist the lobby front desk operation as required
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have solid guest service mindset when handling all guests’ transactions. Pleasant personality and strong customer focus is a must
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in Hotel, Guest services, and tourism industry
Preferred Education
- Preferably with qualifications in Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism Management
Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILITYOur Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
