Job Description

This 2025 summer internship in Guest Communications at Disney's Lantau Island, Hong Kong location offers a chance to work alongside industry experts. Responsibilities include managing and prioritizing incoming guest inquiries and comments from various sources, ensuring efficient and effective handling. The intern will collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent guest service standards. The internship is full-time for three consecutive months between May and August 2025. The ideal candidate is a current university student graduating in or after 2025 with a degree in Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, Communication or a related field. Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) skills are essential. Previous Disney theme park experience is a plus.

Manage guest inquiries efficiently
Prioritize cases based on urgency
Maintain consistent service standards
Excellent English and Chinese skills
University student graduating in or after 2025

Job Summary:

Responsibilities

Manage and handle all forms of incoming enquires and comments received from different sources in well-organized manner.
Ensure all incoming cases are prioritized and managed in terms of urgency for efficient and effective handling.
Work with other line of business to maintain a consistent Guest Service standard.

Requirements

Current university students graduating in or after 2025, Hotel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, Communication or other related disciplines.
Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.
Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
