Job Description

HP offers a 15-month Go-To-Market Management Associate Program for recent graduates. As an HP Spark Management Associate - Partner Sales, you'll support sales activities for channels and end-users, manage customer partnerships with quota responsibility, analyze business data, develop technical solutions, and maintain strong client relationships. You will contribute to proposal support, presentations, and other customer communications, collaborating with account teams and engaging additional resources as needed. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and technical aptitude. The program provides professional development, high-visibility projects, and diverse team collaboration.
Must have:

Under the 15 months Go-To-Market Management Associate Program, you will undergo an accelerated induction experience to fast-track your career in the technology industry.  You will learn and appreciate different aspects of the business, within one of our business segments to work in upon graduation. 

What a HP Spark Management Associate - Partner Sales does at HP:

  • To support sales activities for channels and end user.
  • Customer partner interface with quota responsibility.
  • Assess business analytics and data.
  • Gathers information appropriately to develop an accurate understanding of customer technology infrastructure.
  • Contributes to the creation of an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer's requirements.
  • Adapts solution design to new requirements.
  • Maintains good communications and relationships with clients/customers.
  • Actively supports the account team with product advice, proposal support, presentations, and other customer communications.
  • Engages appropriate additional technical resources as needed.

  • Fresh graduates who have completed their studies within a year and able to start before August 2025.
  • Inquisitive and quick learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
