Well, what about the team?

Performance Marketing is that area of the business that looks after digital user acquisition. What we do is to optimize existing channels and constantly look for innovative ways to send new users to our site and get them to register.

Among the channels we are using to drive traffic: SEO, Affiliation, Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social.. & many more! Thinking out of the box, innovation and attention to details are crucial to keep improving on the existing channels and finding new solutions to test.

In order to be able to correctly track how each channel is contributing to driving value, we leverage our Martech team that is looking after tracking and correct channel attribution.

When you combine all of this together, the result is an acquisition strategy that goes from the top to the bottom of the acquisition funnel, with accurate measurement and efficient budget allocation focused on return on investment maximisation.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Fostering a collaborative and innovative culture within the Digital team and ensuring all members are motivated and empowered to achieve their individual and collective goals.

  • Defining paid media strategy for all brands in Asia and ROW, split by market and channel.

  • Being accountable for the effectiveness of all digital advertising delivered for all channels and products across the business

  • Overseeing the management of PPC, Programmatic, Paid Social, Display and App campaigns

  • Manage relationships with agencies supporting our internal team with paid media

  • Maintain and grow portfolio of partners/agencies with expertise in creative marketing strategies to support acquisition in pre regulated markets

  • Ensuring all media activity is correctly tracked and evaluated to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital performance, user behaviour, and customer satisfaction.

  • Using data to enhance customer segmentation and personalizing the digital experience and optimize ROI according to strategy

  • Managing the spend, making timely adjustments where necessary and monthly reporting on ROI from each channel.

  • Staying abreast of digital trends and emerging technologies in the gambling and gaming industries. Introducing innovative digital initiatives and technologies to gain a competitive edge and improve the overall digital presence.

  • Collaborating with other marketing teams like SEO, Affiliation, Brand, Content, and CRM to ensure that online and offline are integrated and that retention and reactivation are working in unison with acquisition.

  • A/B testing creative (all digital, including copy and landing pages) to provide learnings on the best conversion and quality scores.

  • Being responsible for the management and evaluation of all support agencies required to deliver the media plan, including contract negotiations (with Director of Marketing), target setting, KPI setting and evaluation, reporting and relationship building

And what are we looking for?

  • Strong communication skills in English - Japanese language would be a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or related fields
  • Must have previous experience in gambling/gaming industry, working in pre regulated markets
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven track record of designing successful digital strategies and delivering campaigns that resulted in measurable business growth.
  • Experience analysing complex data and derive actionable insights to drive digital strategies.
  • Hands-on experience managing and executing projects from start to completion
  • Proven track record of identifying and resolving digital challenges effectively.
