What You Will Do
As a LiveOps Specialist, you will be joining a growing LiveOps team, where you will help to deliver a top-class user experience through targeted campaigns. You will own the execution of the LiveOps events and offers, be responsible for campaign validation through QA to ensure error-free release and closely work with other teams across the business.

  • Execute LiveOps campaigns using bespoke in-house tools.
  • Work with other teams to test functionality pre-release to ensure error-free execution.
  • Monitor the live events and investigate any issues.
  • Manage customer communication channels (in-app messages & push notifications) using relevant segmentation for maximum impact.
  • Manage the AB testing setups.
  • Improve processes and raise tool or feature improvement requests.
  • Collaborate on tasks and projects with teams based in Spain and the United States - including Production, QA, Art and Economy.

What We Are Looking For
  • An ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from QA to analytics to art to product.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • An ability to own, build and iterate functions and processes.
