Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub in San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. We offer flexibility in how and where you work. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavor of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

The Head of B2B Sales Technology will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing systems, tooling, and processes that drive the efficiency and effectiveness of Canva’s Sales and Customer Success organization. In this role, you will lead a multi-layered team of Systems Admins, Developers, Business Systems Analysts, and Program Managers. You will play a critical leadership role in ensuring that our systems align and support Canva’s strategic objectives, ambitious growth goals, and GTM capabilities.

At the moment, the role is focused on:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive B2B systems strategy that supports our business goals and enhances the customer experience.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Data, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment on priorities and effective communication across teams.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and new technologies (including AI) to proactively capture opportunities to innovate.
  • Bringing a vision for our technology roadmap to balance the objectives of efficiency/streamlining, innovation, and adopting best-in-class solutions.
  • Oversee the team’s implementation and optimization of sales systems and bring quality, velocity, and transparency to the team’s execution cadence and ways of working.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and system efficiencies.
  • building and mentoring a high-performing team of systems professionals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

You’re probably a match if you have:

  • Extensive leadership experience in sales operations, systems management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in global, fast-growing B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and systems, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), CPQ solutions, data, and enrichment vendors.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent and driving performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in project management and change management is a plus.
