Job Description

This role involves managing the daily operations of a gaming product, including configuration, quality assurance, live monitoring, bug and hack handling, and operational evaluation. Responsibilities span coordinating tasks across different offices, collaborating with global stakeholders to resolve issues, and executing content localization from English to Tagalog. The position also includes planning and executing regional campaigns, conducting in-depth investigations into product performance and user behavior, and handling other ad-hoc tasks. Prior experience in QA or live operations is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.

Native Tagalog speaker, proficient English
Highly attentive to detail, analytical
Project management skills
Passionate about games, knowledge of PH gaming market

Good to have:

Proficiency in Chinese

Job Description

Operate and maintain the daily operations of the gaming product from configuration, quality assurance, live monitoring and handling (including bugs and hacks), and operational evaluation
Coordinate configuration & quality assurance tasks across different offices
Collaborate with both local and global stakeholders to resolve product-related issues
Execute content (both out and in-game items, local events) localization from English to Tagalog and conduct Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) to ensure localization quality
Basic planning and execution of campaigns in the region to engage players and improve activeness. This includes in-game event planning, configuration creation, and collaboration with other offices for promotion plan, material production, and performance review
Support in-depth investigation execution into product health performance and local user behavior through local research such as interviews & focus group discussions (FGD)
Deliver aligned results over other product-related ad hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements

Prior experience in quality assurance or live operations in a tech company is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply too
Passionate about games with basic knowledge of the gaming industry in the Philippines, preferably being familiar with popular games in the market
Native Tagalog speaker with proficient English reading, writing, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Highly attentive to details with a proven track record in meticulous and analytical work
Demonstrated project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in the Chinese language is a plus
Comfortable working on contract basis
