Product Specialist (LiveOps & Testing)

Your Mission

The Product Specialist role plays a crucial role in optimizing in-game user satisfaction with a focus on a no-bug experience and smooth game live-operations. By delivering product configuration, Testing, Reporting, Bug-fixing, Anti-hack and Network monitoring, ensuring cohesive and impactful user engagement.

Your Quest

• Delivering smooth game live operations: conduct event configuration, various testing and QA for game. Champion the improvements of tools for the benefit of Live Operations efficiency and coordinate their development with relevant stakeholders.
• Stay in constant contact with international operation teams to ensure high quality product live operations, live updates, to monitor and report any bugs, hack, cheat issues and follow through.
• Coordinate and test LiveOps releases on testing environments prior to the release and validate them post release
• Keep the QA process, reporting and documentation up to date, ensure correctness and timeliness of live operations of the game
• Work with the development and Product teams on implementation details and proactively provide suggestions for improvement from an end user perspective at an early stage                
• Analyze, report and continuously aim to improve all in-game operations against targets, benchmark and analyse live ops practices in the industry.
• Supporting other live product operations on an ad-hoc basis, from localization, Customer support and other tasks as required

Your Stats

• A deep love for gaming with experience of playing different game genres, with familiarity with mobile games and a keen eye for identifying gameplay issues is a must-have
• Having a Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience, with experience in Product testing, Product QA, operations, business analytics or related fields in Digital Product industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow process meticulously and take ownership of assigned tasks, to ensure accuracy in event configurations and issue resolutions.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-work environment, deliver under pressure and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Having experience in data analysis tools such as SQL/Data Visualization is a plus.
