Digital Project Manager

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. 

Our client, an advertising agency in California, is hiring a Freelance Project Manager. You'll work on a re-branding and web redevelopment project for their B2B client.

This is a remote opportunity starting at the end of February. It will be 6-months in duration.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing digital project scope and monitoring progress

• Tracking action items and conducting design and implementation reviews

• Examining, researching, and resolving issues

• Coordinating requirements, determining resource availability, and managing project finances and budgeting

• Facilitating discussions, meetings, and project plans across client and agency teams

• Refining processes as needed to communicate with clients and disseminate across the agency
   

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in branding and web development projects

• Proficiency in navigating projects using Figma

• Strong client management and presentation skills

• An understanding of the web development process and the ability to communicate effectively with various team members

• Experience with various project management tools and design software (Adobe CS) for file management

• A detail-oriented and highly organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently

• A strong understanding of web design best practices and interactive performance measures, including various platforms, browsers, and languages

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
