Job Description

Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to identify opportunities to determine where to best allocate marketing spend to drive acquisition, growth, and profit
- Analyze channel and partner performance, identify opportunities, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions
- Evaluation of a broad range of customer data and secondary data sources to identify opportunities for targeting, segmentation, and personalization of marketing campaigns
- Engineer KPIs and frameworks for measurement across digital marketing
- Deliver projects in areas of Campaign Effectiveness, Conversion Rate Optimization, Promotion Response Analysis, Channel Responsiveness, Design of Experiments, and Patient & Physician level data analytics
- Carry out exploratory data analysis, data extraction and transformation as prerequisite to any leading statistical work
- Manage / help managing projects, which includes planning and execution, along with communication and resolution of issues associated with day-to-day interactions with the clients’ business unit/onsite client contact
- Assist project manager in creating insightful reports and deliverables that provide strategic recommendations to clients and other stakeholders based on model artefacts
- Explore and develop innovative methodologies which enhance efficacy of existing solutions to business problems
- Data Scientist with approximately 1 to 4 years of experience, preferably in Pharma or Healthcare analytics. Hands-on experience of AI/ML techniques will be preferred
- Educational background in Engineering, Operations Research, Econometrics and/or Statistics
- Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or similar tools which capture and present campaign, web & app data
- Experience building reports, dashboards
- Experience with marketing automation tools and techniques including but not limited to audience development, configuration of journeys/workflows, campaign deployment and tracking
- Hands-on experience with SQL, R or Python is mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Ability to work with visualization tools e.g. Tableau, PowerBI etc. will be considered good to have skill-set
- Strong analytical aptitude and technical ability to explore and innovate
- Ability to think out of the box, assess current processes and offer ideas for improvement.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills along with presentation and communication skills
- Experience working with pharma companies and pharma datasets is a plus
- Maintain function’s information security policies by proactively involving in the activities where security is an agenda
- Maintain the applicable information security control documents
- Report security weaknesses and events or potential events or other security risks to the CISO/ISO teams.
- Will work with Crisis Coordinator to ensure that the information security controls are effectively used during the complete life cycle of BC/DR situations
