- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data annotators.
- Ensure high-quality, accurate data annotation through regular audits and quality checks.
- Define, enforce, and update annotation guidelines.
- Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback and training.
- Optimize workflows and identify process improvements.
- Collaborate with data scientists and project managers to meet project goals.
- Proven experience in team leadership and data annotation.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and data annotation principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with annotation tools and platforms.
