We are Gamepires, a Croatian game development studio. Currently, there are around 70 of us, and we are looking for new colleagues who will share our passion for game development. We are working on a multiplayer game called SCUM, which is played worldwide. If you want to be a part of our successful and cheerful team, read about what awaits you with us!
What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for analyzing player behavior and game data, extracting valuable insights that improve the game and its features. You will work closely with product, game development, and engineering teams to maintain and improve telemetry events. Additionally, you will support decision-making by providing clear and actionable data reports.
What we’re looking for:
To effectively perform the tasks required, you should have the following qualifications:
- Prior work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Experience at other video game companies is a major plus (Mobile, PC, Console acceptable). Equivalent experience in adjacent software may also be considered.
- A strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with numbers.
- Experience in behavioral analytics and the ability to drive business decisions based on user data.
- Competency in SQL, Python, or R, with knowledge of statistical modeling and data cleansing techniques.
- Familiarity with modern data architectures such as AWS, Snowflake, and OLAP.
- Experience using modern data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, as well as proficiency in Excel.
- The ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively, making data understandable for different audiences.
- Strong English language skills (both written and spoken).
- Interest in games, particularly PC and console titles.
