The Commercial Accounts Administrator role at Bally's Interactive involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks related to commercial accounts. Responsibilities include coordinating provider accounts, processing invoices, assisting with financial reports, maintaining accurate records, preparing audit documentation, handling provider queries and valuations, assisting with invoice approvals in Exflow, preparing meeting materials, acting as the first point of contact for client inquiries, and ensuring clear communication. This position requires strong administrative skills, knowledge of financial products, and excellent organizational abilities. Experience with software like Oracle and Exflow is beneficial.

The Commercial relationship team is a hub of industry knowledge and intelligence; always looking to identify opportunities for new markets, products and new revenue streams as well as optimising existing commercial relationships. Working closely with other teams within Bally's, as well as maintaining excellent relationships with external partners, means that strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are a must for success. 

This role as a Commercial Accounts Administrator involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks relating to commercial accounts. You will be responsible for coordinating providers' accounts, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reports in a supportive team environment. 

So, what will you be doing?

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the Commercial team, the Finance and Account Payable teams and the third-party Finance teams, ensuring high standards in every interaction. 
  • Maintaining accurate and efficient records (both paper-based and digital), adhering to internal compliance standards. 
  • Preparing documentation for audits. 
  • Handling providers queries, valuations, invoicing, and aged debtors. 
  • Assisting in approvals and tracking of invoices in Exflow. 
  • Preparing meeting packs, valuations, and illustrations for providers meetings. 
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring clear communication throughout the advice process. 

And what are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in an administrative position and well-versed on end-to-end admin 
  • Understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and financial planning. 
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. 
  • Previous experience with software and tools such as Oracle and Exflow is beneficial
  • Experience with invoice processes is advantageous
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong analytical skills with experience cross referencing information from multiple sources’ and large data sets
